Riset is based in Israel, and applicant information may be accessed or processed in Israel and in other jurisdictions in which our service providers operate.
Where applicant personal data is transferred outside Israel, we will take steps required by applicable law to ensure the transfer is lawful and subject to appropriate safeguards.
Data Retention
We retain applicant personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to assess your candidacy, manage recruitment processes, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain appropriate business records.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Job Applicant Privacy Notice will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, except to the extent mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update this Job Applicant Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will become effective when posted on our website or otherwise provided to you, unless a later date is stated.
